Card authorisation

I authorise Nomado New Zealand Limited to securely store my payment card through its payment provider and to charge this card for amounts payable under my Rental Agreement, including Road User Charges, fuel, cleaning or waste fees, late return fees, missing equipment, damage, insurance excess and other agreed charges.

If the vehicle is involved in an accident or suffers damage for which I may be liable, I understand that Nomado may initially charge the applicable full insurance excess to my card. Once the final repair cost and my liability have been established, any amount of the excess not required will be refunded to me.

I understand that card payments may incur a payment processing surcharge. Where applicable, this surcharge will be added to the amount charged and may vary depending on the card used and the applicable payment processing cost.
